Steve is a trained professional chef and has a broad range of experience in top kitchens including Heston Blumenthal's The Fat Duck.

 

Steve studied Food Science and Nutrition  at Reading University and pairs the latest nutritional knowledge to deliver healthy and delicious recipes.

 

Steve founded his own brand The Science Kitchen and specialises in developing bespoke menus to delight and help you reach your goals!
